About the Quote Goat Messaging Program

When you opt in, Quote Goat (operated by Quote Goat LLC) will send you text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include transactional and customer-care messages about your quote and project — including quote delivery, quote status, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates — as well as marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers, seasonal promotions, and information about Quote Goat products and services.

Quote Goat sends these messages using a registered 10DLC (10-digit long code) number, which may be used for both informational and marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

Enrollment in the messaging program is voluntary. By opting in, you agree to receive informational, transactional, and marketing or promotional text messages from Quote Goat at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Quote Goat. You can still request and receive your quote by email if you choose not to opt in to text messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your quote and project activity and on any promotions we are running. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Quote Goat does not charge you for the messages themselves.

Opting Out

You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. We honor STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE — reply with any one of them to any message to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation message, and after that we will not send you any more texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Quote Goat.

Your Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
